Sounds like Perrey & Kingsley and other early elctronic pop people. The sample sources are from the late sixties/ early seventies. They were recorded when a Moog synthesizer was a novelty and most of the music was recorded as novelty pop music. Very quirky, sort of Morricone playfulness. There were several people recording music like this but I don't feel like flipping through my records to make a list. Wish Rhino would come out with compilations and remixes of the stuff.
